Mountain enthusiast and outdoor extraordinaire, Josiah is a strategic brand builder and has an eye for capturing personality. Behind a camera or communicating with clients, he thrives in building big dreams and making people feel comfortable and seen. If you were to ask him his favorite place he’s ever captured a photo he’d show you an incredible shot of Haleakala, a massive volcano on Maui.

Jonah Kamnikar

Not all just good looks, Jonah expertly takes raw footage and produces content that catches a brand’s unique character. An editing master, he prides himself in being able to take a vision and turn it into reality. He also prides himself in being the funniest team member at Increase Media Co and sees a little bit of himself in Chandler Bing.

Hannah Ferguson

Taking big dreams and creating practical steps to get there, Hannah brings a thoughtful intentionality to the team. From creating stunning grid layouts to mastering creative copy, she strives to keep people at the heart of it all. She’s our self-proclaimed executive snack supplier, and if you were to come over to hang she’d share an Olipop and homemade sourdough with you.
